sarcastic, cold & ugly

Can there be a No Purpose Post Part 2? If so, this is probably it. I'm hanging out at the computer one more minute before diving into my day. {probably a mistake, eh?} Mitch just left to take the girls to school. I must say I like this routine. He takes, I pick up. It works nice.

Today I gotta get my house in order, as we have guests coming for the night. And then there's the church pile. Bulletin printed, announcements emailed over, children's area redecorated for the month's theme..... Somebody tell me when I get to enjoy having my days to myself. {snicker,snort}

Yeah, I had a momentary melt down yesterday morning. First of all, despite the title of my blog, I'm having a hard time moving into this season. Secondly, if I have to stay within 20 miles of my home, I'd actually like to BE home and catch up on some organizing stuff. I seem to have an urge to purge. A passion to organize. BUT, no time to do it. Frustrating.

So if I seem a little sarcastic or cold or ugly. I probably am. But I'm working on it. Honestly. His grace is greater.....I just have to find it. Well, I will take my vomity thoughts and get moving. Maybe a shower would help my outlook. Maybe.

A shower...possibly. However, things always seem cheery-er with a cup or four of java in the cup. It's just one of those things. ..I think. ;)
The benefits out weigh the side effects, like excitability.

Here's hoping that you find a new rhythm soon.

Dani-girl, unfortunately I can seriously relate on the sarcastic, cold and ugly front.

I wish I didnt' deal with seasons like this and it's a part of me that I truly despise.

But for whatever it's worth, I never notice it here on your blog.

We will all of plenty of time once we're seventy...but the ironic part is then we'll be reminiscing and wishing we could return to the hustle and bustle of our youth.

Sending a hug, you'll make it and someday you'll even cherish these crazy days :o)

In Christ,

A shower fixes things like that? ...huh, maybe that's why I've been having a hard time recently. My hygiene is lacking.

Hm. let me know if it worked. wouldn't want to...you know, break down and SHOWER if it isn't necessary and all.

hope you get some "me" time soon.
