7 tushes instead of 5

My Beloved is a man of true class (and he serves a BIG God!). And it's happened more than once over our years together that I ended up with a new {or is that pre-loved?} vehicle for my birthday.

Vehicles come and go a little more freely around here than at your house probably, because we work with a dealer-friend to buy and sell. It's been a great money-making hobby over the years. Some years we've done next to nothing. Other years {like last year} we've made some nice cash.

About a year and a half ago, we bought an Explorer. It's been fantastic, so we've kept it around longer than some vehicles we've had. It's only downfall is that it only seats 5. That's fine when we're only toting our family. But we've noticed over the last year or so that our kids have friends. {for real} And it's really probably safer {and more legal} that we have seat belts for each rider and besides, 9 year old's tushes are a little wider than 3 year olds. :)

Soooo, we've been on a quest for about the last year to either, furnish our Explorer with a 3rd seat {been impossible to find} or purchase a vehicle {non-mini van type} with more seating. I am soooo not a Suburban (or comparable) fan so we needed something bigger but not too big - for a great price.

And dude, am I rambling yet? Um, yeah. So, I'll just say that My Beloved brought home a black Explorer WITH a 3rd seat. Same year as our old one, a little more 'plush' and yes, it seats and buckles in 7 tushes instead of 5! Yeah, baby. Oh, and Happy Birthday to me {tomorrow}!
