a Way

This morning I am blessed enough to have a little quiet time (by myself) before church. I've just had a short, yet amazing, time with my Jesus. I'm not talking about having worship music playing while I get ready for church. I'm talking coming into that secret place, where He is - where He waits and longs for me to come to. Today, I answered the call.

What a glorious privilege it is to be able to come to Him - no strings attached. The Father's beautiful gift to us - a Way.

"Know that the Lord is God. It is He who made us, and we are His;
we are His people, the sheep of His pasture." Psalm 100:3

It is SO worth it to follow his beckoning... I so often don't, and when I do I wonder why on earth I don't!?!?

I'm glad you had some alone time with Him. Those moments seem so few and far between these days. He's always calling, so I'm sure the problem is with me...

After a short "pep talk" from Mike about sacred trust, we've been sitting down with the schedule and finding our meeting times with Him. You seem to be great at getting up at am sometime. He just looks forward to "that" time you set apart for Him. Glad you're hearing him whisper to you. How rewarding!
